Platform

Now you can see who is actually in this with you.

· The Karisma Team

Why we built the platform, what each of the four places is for, the one thing to do first, and where this goes from here.

Karisma has always happened in person. A dinner where the seating was not an accident. A mastermind where six founders take one bottleneck apart. A villa day that turns into the conversation you actually needed. That is deliberate, and it is the part we will never trade away.

But it left one real gap. Between those nights, the club went dark. If you wanted to know who was in this thing with you, your only option was to scroll a WhatsApp group full of phone numbers and hope you recognised a name. So you could be a member of a club full of remarkable founders and still not know that the person who solved your exact problem last year was sitting two seats down at the last dinner.

That gap is what we just closed. Your membership now has a home you can open any day of the week, not only on the nights we all show up somewhere.

What this actually is

This is not a feed built to hold your attention, and it is not another app asking you to check in. It is the map of your own membership. Who is here, what is coming, what comes with being a member, and what you missed while you were building.

We built it around one test: every visit should end in something real. A name you did not know you needed. A table you decide to sit at. An introduction that turns into a deal, a hire or a friendship. If a page cannot do that, it does not belong here.

Community

Every member, with what they are building and what they are into. You can read someone properly before you ever shake their hand, save the people you want to come back to, and press Connect when you want to actually meet.

Connect is not a follow button. It comes to us, and we make the introduction ourselves, with context, the way we would if we had you both at the same table. Curated introductions were the thing you asked for more than anything else in the last member survey. This is where they now live.

Experiences

Every dinner, mastermind, club night and villa day in one place, with who is already going. You get to see who is coming before you commit, and you can bring a guest straight from the event page.

That last part matters more than it looks. Some of the best members we have came in as somebody's guest. If you know a founder who belongs here, bringing them is now two taps.

Benefits

The experts, deals and access that come with being a member. Tax advisors, lawyers, trainers, studios, tools. We choose them the way we choose members, which means we would rather give you twelve that are genuinely worth your time than a directory of a hundred logos.

This is the newest of the four and it is still filling up on purpose. If there is something you keep paying full price for, tell us and we will go and negotiate it.

News

This feed. What we are launching, what changed and why, who just joined, and what happened at the thing you could not make. If you have been heads down for a month, this is the page that catches you up in five minutes.

The one thing to do today

Fill in your profile: forms.karismaliving.com/r/profile

Community reads from it, and so does every introduction we make. A thin profile is not a cosmetic problem. It means we cannot match you well, and it means the founders who should be finding you never do. Ten minutes here quietly pays you back every month you stay.

Where this is going

What you are looking at is the foundation, not the finished thing. The direction we are building in is simple to say and hard to do: the platform should know you well enough to be useful before you think to ask.

That means introductions that get more proactive over time, so you receive the right person instead of having to know who to request. It means the membership feeling personal rather than identical, closer to your own journey than to a shared homepage. It means Kari, who already knows the directory over WhatsApp, getting sharper as more of you talk to her. It means the thinking that happens when we get together not evaporating when everyone goes home, so what a member teaches in a mastermind is still there for the member who needs it in six months. And when Karisma opens its next city, this is the thing that makes it one club rather than a set of franchises.

The product was never the events. The product is the right people meeting at the right moment. This is how we get better at that.

It is being built by asking

Almost everything in here exists because a member asked for it. That is not a launch line, it is the actual process. The loudest asks get built first.

So if something is missing, something annoys you, or something is just plainly wrong, say it. Use the feedback link at the bottom of any page, or tell one of us directly. We read all of it.

The club was always the people. This is the first time you can see all of them at once.
