Karisma started with people spending time together. Surf houses, shared homes, conversations in Barcelona. Again and again, the people mattered more than the place.
As the community grew, we wanted to protect what made those connections meaningful. So we brought together a smaller group of founders, with more care about who joined and how they met.
That is still the idea. People you can learn from, be honest with and enjoy life alongside. A community you contribute to as much as you take from it.

If there is a potential fit, Marc, our co-founder, calls you personally for a few minutes and invites you to the next step.
One hour on Zoom with Dory, our co-founder and CEO, and a current member who is there to tell you the truth, not to sell.
After a conversation about fit and membership, you decide whether to join. If you do, onboarding helps us understand your goals and make relevant introductions.
Founders who have built a seven or eight figure business, raised at least one million, or sold a company and are building again. People who are curious about others and willing to share their own experience.
Our members range from their late twenties to their sixties.
Most months bring one Mastermind afternoon, one evening hosted by Karisma and one personal introduction, usually a coffee. The clubs and skillshares are optional.
Once a month you meet with a small group of founders and a facilitator to work through real challenges in your business or your life. What is said in the group stays in the group.
The community lives in person in Barcelona. You do not have to live here, but you should be here regularly. Some members fly in once a month for their Mastermind.
A person reads your application. If there is a potential fit, Marc calls you for a few minutes. Then you join a one hour Founder Call on Zoom with Dory and a current member. If it still feels right, you have a one to one conversation about fit, where you also get the price. Then you decide.
You get the price plainly in your one to one conversation, before you decide anything. Applying is free and commits you to nothing.
